BLAST Premier Spring Groups talent announced

A team of eight will bring us the action live from the first BLAST event of 2022.

The BLAST circuit is set to kickstart a new cycle with BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022. The online event will take place between January 28 and February 6, with twelve partnered teams battling it out to clinch the six spots available for the Spring Finals while the rest will fall to the Showdown. To sweeten the deal, a total prize pool of $177,500 will also be available for the taking.

Freya will return as the Host

The on-air talent will see the return of Freya "⁠Freya⁠" Spiers and James "⁠BanKs⁠" Banks as the desk host and interviewer respectively. Meanwhile, the analysts' desk will feature Mathieu "⁠Maniac⁠" Quiquerez and Jacob "⁠Pimp⁠" Winneche, with the pair tasked to break down the action from the server.

Two sets of casters will accompany the spectators through the matches, with the familiar duo of Conner "⁠Scrawny⁠" Girvan and Mohan "⁠launders⁠" Govindasamy teaming up with the iconic pairing of Anders "⁠Anders⁠" Blume and Jason "⁠moses⁠" O'Toole.
